Sales / Profitability

• Meet and exceed sales targets by ensuring that stores achieve the highest standards of visual presentation and customer service.
• Control costs through monitoring and analysis of P&Ls and margin control
• Drive sales through effective promotion of the brand. Plan sales forecast according to stock, sales and margin forecasts.
• Oversee the implementation of sales and promotions and any operational activities by liaising with the Store Management and the Brand, monitor and record the same.

Administration

• Liaise with the franchisor on a regular basis on stock package, product & brand information, and visual merchandiser guidelines.
• Plan and implement stock take, through co-ordinations with Accounts and Store Managers
• Be aware of the shipping and delivery procedures of the Brand, focus on good management of stock and ensure that the stock is secure and that managers are following company procedures.

Merchandise/ Product

• Ensure adequate stock level and stock rotation.
• Liaise with the franchiser or product department to guarantee that the stock package is in accordance with the marketing requirement. Ensure that the stock is maximized through the season.
• Terminal stock/ shrinkage/ damage, especially on brands where the Brand Managers are involved.
• Achieving physical inventory result to an acceptable level.

Staff / Store Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with stores through regular structured visits and meetings.
• Always ensure proper staffing.
• Monitor training and development of staff, ensure that succession planning is carried out in conjunction with the training department.
• Ensure that managers & staff are motivated through effective communication.
• Be involved in the recruitment of the brand.
• Ensure the staff appraisals take place in a timely manner.
• Supervise the operation of the visual merchandising team.

• 7-8 years of total experience out of which two years of experience in a senior retail management role, as a Brand Manager with experience working with an international fashion brand, with a proven track record in their field.
• A university level education in a business subject is preferred and qualifications in visual merchandising or art & design are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate with the team and the Brand effectively through constant feedback.
• Strong leadership skills: patience, empathy, and the ability to act decisively when necessary.

Ensure daily targets are met consistently.
• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Describe merchandise and explain to the customer fabric care instructions.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
• Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to guide marketing strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities and support positioning adjustments.
• Develop, localize, and implement seasonal campaigns, activations, and store events.
• Manage content creation across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Meta).
• Collaborate with influencers and creators to amplify brand reach and engagement.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including brand teams, agencies, mall management, and store staff.
• Support campaign planning, including briefing agencies, managing timelines, and tracking budgets.
• Oversee photoshoots, video production, and creative asset development.
• Draft Arabic copy for social media, SMS campaigns, and in-store materials, ensuring all content is culturally relevant and aligned with brand guidelines for the GCC market.
• Drive footfall and conversion in-store through tactical and brand-led campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for internal communication.
• Utilize marketing tools including Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and analytics dashboards.

Expected Years of Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Communication, Marketing, and/or Public Relations.
• Background and knowledge of the industry is preferred, with a strong interest in fashion retail.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
• Experience working with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media channels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ideally fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

• Proficiency in the following tools is an advantage:
  • Canva/Adobe Creative Suite
  • Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager
  • Google Analytics, UTM tracking
  • CRM tools or SMS campaign systems

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively drive sales by implementing sales building initiatives across the three departments (Women, Men and Kids) through effective analysis of the company commercial reports and visual layout.

• Support the Department Managers to keep monitoring the budget.

Ensure the profit and productivity goals are met by contributing towards the management of payroll hours, sales and P&L.

• Determine the strategy of the store, always striving to maximize sales and Store opportunities.

• Supervise managers for controlling and managing stock, product rotation, orders and devolutions alongside the product manager in Spain.

• Up to date knowledge about current industry trends and to constantly analyze the competitor’s product and market in order to be able to maximize sales.

• Manage and maintain the relationship and communication with Product Departments in the Central Office in Spain.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, store, and issue supplies and equipment and compile records of supply transactions.

• Verify that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices. Sort and place inventory in storage areas according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product code.

• Keep records of materials or items (including surplus materials) received or distributed in accordance with established procedure. Maintain weekly cycle counts of all stocked items and compile stock report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

• Ensure that all work-areas are clean and well maintained.

• Ensure sure that garment care is carried out allowing for the product to reach the sales floor in the best possible condition.

• Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for disposal.

• Maintain security of items in the store.

• Fill requisitions for materials and assists in inventory taking.

• Inspect materials received for quantity and condition.

• Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
