\u2022 Responsible to manage the department on a day-to-day basis whilst balancing strategic goals of the Company and to handle all aspects of the store operations in line with Company objectives.<\/p>\n
\u2022 To meet the targets or to ensure that procedures are in place, driving them, monitoring and putting corrective actions in place, when necessary, for Security, Shrinkage, Cash-desk management, Administration management as well as Health and Safety.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Use commercial information and product knowledge to drive sales and other activity in the store using the internal tools provided.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Drive marketing initiatives and sales performance and manage the budget of hours in the store effectively.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Design the ideal rota to ensure staff coverage in the store at all times.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Be well aware of the Competitors, involve and create \/ manage relationships and \/ or do Competitor Shopping giving relevant feedback to appropriate parties such as product managers, regional managers and teams.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Control stationary, cleaning, telephone, post, maintenance, uniforms and travel costs and make sure these are in line with Company budgets.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Follow the minimums of customer service consistently and drive the team to ensure that these minimums are maintained across the store and ensure high level of customer service is offered in the store leading by example, and drive, monitor and support customer service action plans as well as to train the team in providing excellent customer service.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage customer issues as they arise and thrive for Customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
\u2022 To understand and reinforce the company return policy.<\/p>\n
\u2022 To forward thinking and planning with low-cost initiatives<\/p>\n
\u2022 Have clear, timely and effective communication with Head Office, Product Managers, Regional Manager and\/or Commercial Directors and with the store overall with the relevant follow-ups.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage conflict effectively respecting Company standards and provide\/ receive constructive and honest feedback and criticism for\/from people they work with in a positive manner and to use it for their own development and their team.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Develop the team through trainings, performance reviews and Personal development plans with the relevant follow-ups.<\/p>\n
